    ବାତ୍ୟା ଫନି ସମୟରେ ବିଶ୍ବଜିତ ରିଟେଲର ଭାବେ କାମ କରୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ପିଡିଏସ୍ କିରୋସିନି କଳାବଜାରୀ କରି ଜେଲ୍ ଯାଇଥିଲେ ଓ ଯୋଗାଣ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦାୟିତ୍ବରୁ ହଟାଯାଇଥିଲା। ମାତ୍ର ବିଶ୍ବଜିତ ବିଜୁ ଜନତା ଦଳର ଜଣେ ପ୍ରଭାବଶାଳୀ ନେତା ଥିବାରୁ ରାଜନୈତିକ ପ୍ରଭାବ ବିସ୍ତାର କରି ନିଜ ସାନଭାଇ ରାକେଶ କୁମାର ମହାନ୍ତିଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ରିଟେଲରସିପ ଆଣି ନିଜେ ପୂର୍ବ ପରି ବୁଝାବୁଝି କରିଆସୁଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଖାଉଟିଙ୍କ ଚାଉଳ ହଡ଼ପ କରୁଛନ୍ତି କମ୍ପୁଟର କଣ୍ଟାକୁ ଟେମ୍ପରିଂ କରି ମୁଣ୍ଡ ପିଛା ୩୦୦-୪୦୦ ଗ୍ରାମ ଗିଳି ଦେଇଆସୁଛନ୍ତି। ହେଲେ ଏବେ ସମୟ ବଦଳିଛି। ବିଜେଡି ଶାସନ କାଳରେ ଖାଉଟି ରିଟେଲରଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଦେଉନଥିଲେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ। ରିଟେଲରଙ୍କ ସବୁ ଚଞ୍ଚକତାକୁ ସହିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ ହେଉଥିଲେ। ଏବେ ସରକାର ବଦଳିଛି। କ୍ଷମତାରେ ବିଜେପି ଆସିଛି। ତେଣୁ ବର୍ଷ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଠକାମିର ଶିକାର ହୋଇଥିବା ଖାଉଟି ଏବେ ମୁହଁ ଖୋଲିବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଫଳରେ ପୌରପାଳିକା ଅଧୀନରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଚଞ୍ଚକତା ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି। ଜଣାପଡିଛି କି, ୧୩,୧୪, ଓ ୧୫ ନମ୍ବର ୱାର୍ଡର ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୦୦ କାର୍ଡଧାରୀ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇଛନ୍ତି।
